The resident will be asked to appear in front of the Review Board, which will consist of representatives of staff as well as residents

Guidelines

1. Residents are to be properly dressed as per program schedule
2. All residents must indicate their specific whereabouts by means of the sign in and out book
3. All residents are to participate in all house chores/duties when required
4. All residents must attend the minimum number of self-help meetings, as phase requires.
5. Residents are not permitted to have their guests in their bedroom. Guests are to be in designated areas only
6. Out of respect for others, please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 p.m.
7. Snack foods are to be brought into designated areas only.
8. Appropriate footwear is to be worn at all times.
9. Residents are not permitted in any office except when accompanied by staff
10. Residents are not permitted in the kitchen without staff consent.
11. The maximum phone privilege is fifteen (15) minutes. The resident phone is to be turned off during all in-house meetings.
12. Verbal abuse of staff, guests, or other residents will not be tolerated.
13. Out of concern of others, scratch tickets, lottery tickets, or any other forms of gambling are not permitted
14. Residents are not permitted to socialize in drinking establishments such as taverns, legions, or nightclubs.
